Overworked underpaid unappreciated

Ever  been any of these?
Overworked- the state of doing far more than your job “description” to surpass expectations.

Underpaid- the state of seeing less or no cash compensation for the overachieving work you do.

Unappreciated- the state of not even receiving the emotional and or psychological reinforcements to at least try and make up being underpaid.

Each of These are an issue on their own but together they live to destroy dreams and hoped for change.
